All duty, custom charges and taxes are the buyers responsibility and are subject to each country. I can not provide you with an estimate on this and will only fill out the custom forms completely and legally. If you do not wish the recipient to see the value, the item should be shipped to your address instead of the recipient.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Customer service and satisfaction are essential to Art & Design Studio. If there is a problem with your order, please be sure to contact us within three business days of receiving your order and we will do our best to ensure you are happy with your artwork.
Due to the personal nature of our items we do do not accept returns or exchanges at this time unless the error has been at our end. If you do not include notes to seller requesting personalization, the first image shown in your purchase will be sent. Once a design proof has been shown (and only prior to being shipped) only a credit to the shop can be issued to cancelled orders. We ask that you respectfully adhere to the shipping timeframes as posted in the FAQ section.
